Services
  • We provide custom logo/text print for all our promotional gifts at minimal cost.  We guarantee that all custom print item to be printed correctly or we'll reprint them at no extra cost to you.
  • Please send us your logo/text to valuesgift@gmail.com.  If you don't have an artwork, we can make a sample for you at no extra charge.
  • If you are unsure about the gift selections, please let us know and we will try to help you choose or recommend you a suitable gift as required.

To Order
  • Please browse and select your gift and let us know the quantity/color required to valuesgift@gmail.com.
  • We will reply to you with a quotation within 48 hours.  If printing of logo/text required, please let us know. 
  • Our art department will then create a digital sample print on the selected gifts and email to you for your approval before actual order begins.
  • Upon your approval, 50% payment upfront is required before order processing.
  • Standard order process normally takes about 1~2 weeks, depending on stock availability or print complexity.
  • If the due date is sooner than standard production time, please let us know in advance, so that we can try to cater to your needs.

Shipping
  • Tranportation is Free within Kuala Lumpur,  but chargeable for a minimal fee to outstation/international delivery.
  • We use GDex and FedEx for all our door-to-door deliveries, which normally takes 1 week.
  • If you have special delivery deadline, please let us know at valuesgift@gmail.com.
  • Our reliable shipping partners: GDEx and FedEx.

Store Policy
  • We adhere to stringent quality checks on all our premium and promotional corporate gifts prior to shipping, and we strive to provide total customer satisfaction of every product we offer.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfy or when the gifts arrived damaged, please contact us at valuesgift@gmail.com immediately and we will promptly investigate your claim, and issue a replacement or a full refund, upon verification and completion of our investigation.

Payment
  • Payment by cheque/bank-in should be made payable to "VALUESGIFT" ( Maybank Act No. 514011598195).
  • Please email the bank-in-slip receipt to valuesgift@gmail.com or fax to us at 603-41432791.
  • We also accept all major credit cards via PayPal, our partner in retail online payment.
