Services

We provide custom print of companies logo/text for all our premium and promotional corporate gifts at minimal cost. We guarantee that custom print item to be printed correctly or we'll reprint them at no extra cost to you!
Please e-mail artwork (logo/text) to artwork@valuesgift.com. If you don't have artwork, we can make one for you at no extra charge.

To Order

After you received our quotation and made your decision, please email us your artwork (company logo/text specifying number of imprint colors), to artwork@valuesgift.com, and we'll handle the rest !
Our art department will make necessary modifications to your artwork and submit a virtual PROOF for your approval, usually within 1~3 working days. Upon your approval & 50% payment upfront, your order will be processed and transmitted to the factory for production.
Standard order processing time is between 1~2 weeks depending on stock availability. If your due date is sooner than standard production time, please let us know in advance, so that we can try to cater to your needs.

Shipping

Tranportation for all our premium and promotional corporate gifts is Free for domestic delivery, but chargeable for outstation/international delivery.
We use GDex courier for delivery outside the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur. Delivery door-to-door takes less than 1 week.
For all our international delivery, we use FedEx, as we were accorded one of the lowest rates, and it is by far one of the most reliable. Delivery door-to-door takes 1 to 2 weeks to arrive destination.

Store Policy

We adhere to stringent quality checks on all our premium and promotional corporate gifts prior to shipping, and we strive to provide total customer satisfaction of every product we offer.
If for any reason you are not satisfy or when the gifts arrived damaged, please file complaint directly with the carrier first, then retain all original cartons for inspection by claims agent. After that, contact or email us immediately at service@valuesgift.com. We will promptly investigate your claim, and issue a replacement or a full refund, upon verification with our freight forwarder.

Payment

Payment by cheque/bank-in should be made payable to "VALUESGIFT" ( Maybank Act No. 514011598195). Please send us the bank-in slip receipt by email or by fax.
We accept all major credit cards. Upon confirmation of purchase order, we will provide you instructions to pay by credit cards.
