How do I create a custom design/personalize/imprint a gift item?
To create a custom design item, please submit an 'artwork' or a drawing of your design (text message and/or a logo), including the color, and size specifications, with order details and email to 'info@valuesgift.com'. We accept .jpg, .bmp, or .gif files. Our design specialist will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your design, and then we'll have one of our graphic artists render a computer (mock sample) of your design for your approval. (Note: All draft iterations of designs are the property Valuesgift.com. Final approved custom designs are the property of the submitting customer.)
Why is the cost of personalization of text messages/logo?
An estimate of the setup fee for text message is US10 and for logo is US40 before order is processed. For actual cost, it would depends on the complexity of the text and/or logo.
Can I request for a free sample?
Yes, you can but not for the shipping fees (via FedEx courier 'door-to-door' service) and this cost must be paid in advanced before delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It would normally takes between 1~2 weeks depending on stock availability and if customization is required. It might take a bit longer if the item is currently out of stock.
Do you offer discount for volume/bulk purchase?
Yes, we offer up to 20% discount to volume/bulk purchase depending on the selected gift item and whether if the item is on offer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will open up the case for investigation immediately and reply to you our findings. If the root cause of the problem originates at our side, we will refund you the money or send you a replacement.
Which freight company do you use and what are the shipping fees?
We uses Federal Express courier for all our deliveries and the local freight forwarders for local orders. The shipping fees varies depending on the weight of the particular gift item but generally, the cost per item reduces as it correlates with order increased.
What is your return policy?
We are committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction for the products we offer. Please email us at valuesgift@valuesgift.com if you have any problems. For personalized items, please understand that they are not returnable.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, especially when the stock is available. Please inform us your date of requirement and we will try to meet your schedule.
